So I've recently changed my SEO strategy... Rather than build links to my homepage I started linking deeper (site in question has about 250 pages of highly optimized content). Needless to say, there's been some improvement. However, at what cost? Does all the Google juice stay on that page, or does it flow throughout the site?

Building links is an arduous process, and I want to ensure I'm getting maximum return for my invested time.
Any thoughts? Homepage or deep linking? What works for you?
(PS- My site earns from adsense, so no one page is key... I want to rank high for ALL of them)
