Well, I don't know any plugin which helps in fast loading but what I would say is if you are using too many plugins on your Worpress blog then it would cause slow loading so try to minimize the use of too many plugins, instead use few which work for all, like all-in-on-seo etc.

if you want to increase the load times try using a CDN to distribute your content and lower the amount of requests on your server, amazon aws cloudfront is a good solution, some cache plugins and seo plugins offer a simple way to connect the 2, the plugins are free but data from amazon is not, however its really really cheap unless your users are download several GB each day

CDN like cloudfront with WP Super Cache will help your site load faster.
