How to link between own pages

Hey,
I have a couple sites in the same genre where i want to put some additional links too within my own network. But how would be the best way to implement this?
This is not for faster indexing or anything, just for some more linkjuice.
Another question in the same area.
Lets say i have 4 sites within the exact same genre, should i link from 1 site to all other 3 or just some random links? ie "site 1" links to "site2, site3, site4"
and "site2" links to "site1,site3,site4"
Or as i said just randomly ie "site1" only links to "site2 and site3"
