Got Banned - Can I create another for my sister

Yep, happens with many people and now with me.

Many years ago I got my adsense account and built a crappy site with a couple of posts. As I was a stupid kid I clicked 1-2 times on my own ads. But this was not the problem.

Last year I used adwords and for some reasons delayed the payment because my stupid debit card (had few problems). After that I paid it, I tried to advertise a clickbank product and used that encrypted url like http://xyazz.com wich is not allowed. My fault.

I got warned by them, so quickly changed, but don't remember very well what happened, if I really changed the URLs properly or what.

Well, one week later I received the message saying both my adwords and adsense got banned.

Now years ago, since some few months I started working hard and still think that the best way to monetize a site is using adsense.

But you what will happen if I create another account...

So my idea is to create another account using my sister info. She lives on a different address and I also can use other internet connection with different IP.

What do you think? I can't see any problem if someone in my familly decides to use adsense, or they also have stupid rules not allowing it.

Also this new account will be used in totally different new sites.

Your sister can create the new account & she will be responsible for 100% of the tax money regardless of who creates the account.

Trust me on this, money & family/friends don't mix well.

It would be smarter to setup your own business tax ID (If your in the US), that way nobody else is involved with your money.

But you mean to create my own and registered company and create another account. Isn't almost the same thing, because I'll be the owner? And unfortunatelly I don't live in US.

Nope you cannot create another account for your sister unless you use another home address if you use the same website or address as the banned adsense account then your sister adsense account will be at risk to get banned too as google think both adsense accounts are related I have been banned 7-8 times on adsense.

I think it would be useless if the name's owner and address is the same. Or not?

We had a similar issue a few years back. Two Adwords accounts (not linked by a MCC) were terminated (we were uploading campaigns using Adwords Editor and their 'check' tool didn't identify an issue, which did exist, with our ads). Both accounts totaled several million dollars per annum but we still had no comeback.

New accounts, tax numbers, business name, address, credit card, domains, IPs (home and server), cleared cookies etc and we were back in business with no issues.

I strongly recommend that if you feel Google could use ANY information to link you with old accounts, assume they will.

With no doubts their super-mega advanced algorithms will check info with my future sister account and my banned one. But in my case I can't see nothing related with my previous account......

I am almost 99% sure they will ban you again... They are only looking for a reason to ban webmasters... That's why 75% of their previuos promoters STOPPED using them!!!

1) Nobody here knows any banned percentages (75%).

2) Anyone that was banned did NOT stop running Adsense, they were shit canned against their will. Nobody creates an Adsense account, makes good money, then just walks away on their own.

3) The majority of people with long standing accounts (years without a problem) will never post on a forum anything about their account, people usually only get on forums to b$tch & moan when something goes wrong (I'm sure they didn't do anything wrong (lol)).

4) There's a reason Google is #1 with PPC, they have built in quality control to help remove the junk.

Google really had a reason to ban me, a very stupid reason, also considering that I "fixed" the clickbank link very fast they still banned me.

But i don't believe that "google will do everything to ban you story".

Banning you for creating doorway pages wasn't stupid, it's called quality control. Google clearly says not to create doorway pages on Adwords, you agreed to that when you first signed up for Adwords, otherwise you wouldn't have ever had an Adwords account.

No offense, but you created your own problem by not reading what you agreed to do (following the TOS).

I agree with you on that point. Google makes lots of money by dealing with lots of people, not by cancelling arbitrarily. They set up their T.O.S. for reasons and enforce them. Follow the rules and things should work out.
