Link Building - Using different ip addresses?

Hi Warriors long time lurker and now trying to get my posts up so I can start interacting more.
Anyway I have been a long time subscriber to Angelas back links, now Pauls and now Steve's - phew backlinking all this is now a full time job
I have nearly 20 different sites I want to link build for and i'm adding more every week.
My question is could I leave the same backlinks on the same site if I registered different details each time and used a different ip address? Would I get the link juice for each link, or would google see this as just one link?
