Hi,
I did end up on big newspaper website yesterday and notice something I have not seen before.
All keyword on the article was not only bold like I´m use to see. The use different color too.
So my question is if you think that make any impact to seo or if this is some other tactic

    No that does not make any effect. If you have good content and then you have bold some words that it could attract reader attention and able to stay them on website.

    Search engines used to take notice of this kind of formatting, but it is pretty irrelevant now. If some of the bold text were actual links, could be a slightly different story, but not much (too many links from one article would just ruin the SEO).

      Do you have any evidence to support this advice your giving?

      @OP
      Maybe colour makes it look pretty

      Are you just trolling or is it your own saying? Can you please provide the source to backup your information.

    Bolding the keywords is good practice as the text becomes more "scannable". Also the users don't read all of your text. So if you are searching something on Google and immediately find that keyword or related one in bold, it is more likely that you will click on that result.

    I suspect you ended up at an internal search result page for that newspaper and the search words were given a different colour by the code on the site that does the searches.
