Yes bad news However i was paying only 10$, so what's to do... so is not so terrible, i was think that can be a good chance. So i have some question in this cases if someone can help me to understand.

1.) How to understand in the future if the page rank and all the other issue are fake, to prevent kind things like this one.
2.) Do you think this pagerank will rest for more, even if it's fake? Or it will go to unranked very soon?

I have visit your site,. Your site have Google PR 7, Alexa Rank 13,164,314.
When you search your site by typing site:universite-de-picardie.com it show nothing because you site have no page as well as any site map. But when you search your site by typing :universite-de-picardie.com then it show because it your full site name.

So, no need to tension any more just make your site properly. And if you want to keep your Google PR then you have to post a lot of Unique Contents on your site. Your Google PR will be present.

When i was seen the comment from image2all i was have some happy minutes) So if you think that the pagerank will rest forever, i can built even one page and to promote it a little and get some traffic, then will looks like a normal pr, or i am wrong?

Next time when you buy any domains, keep realistic expectation other than checking the usual things. You won't get one PR7 domain for $10. Actually frankly saying, it's unimaginable..

@chandan_dutta maybe you are right, becouse such domains like this are monitoring each seconds, so to have possibility to take some of domain is very difficult. How i was stupid!
In this cases with this domain seems that this university was changed their name, and they was deleted everything from old one and move to the one is now have the real PR and rank, i am right?

5. Check if it has inner pages with page rank. You can use SEOQuake or Google search (type in site: domain name).
6. Check if it has drops. If it has drops, then it’s not a good buy.
