Adding funds to Bing Ads

I'm in the UK and I've just created an account with Bing Ads.
I added a card then attempted to add funds, I got a message along the lines of "please wait while the payment is being processed".

That was yesterday but still the funds have not appeared in my account nor have I had a message to say there was a problem processing the payment.

Has anybody else from the UK had similar problems?

  • Not from the UK, but.. I guess there are still problems with some cards.

    I've been very unlucky with Bing lately. A week ago I had problems topping up my account using my Visa Electron, resulting in my bank giving me a warning and locking up my card completely after three unsuccesful attempts. Got it resolved in few days and topped up my Virtual Card which then worked on Bing.

    Yesterday I decided to start an affiliate campaign and after adding some keywords, my Bing account was logged out and I've been unable to log in ever since. They have not given me a warning or anything so I don't even have a clue if they are suspecting me of a fraud or if there was something wrong with my campaigns. It does not even give me an error message when I try to log in.

    I just want to say that it's better be careful with your Bing Ads account. According to their TOS they will not give you an explanation whatsoever if your account gets blocked for whatever reason.

    • Didn't contact Bing in the end, I ended up trying a different browser and that did the trick.

      I tried to add funds using firefox (twice) got a message saying it was being processed but funds never appeared, then tried it with Chrome got the same message saying it was being processed and a few minutes later funds appeared.

      Not sure if that was just a coincidence or not but if anybody else is having a similar problem it might be worth giving it a try.

  • I am not from UK but i would like to suggest you to contact bind ads support team for this issue. They will explain you the problem & exact solution for this.
  • Sometimes it is a browser issue, but other times I know they will blacklist a card if they try to put a payment through and it doesn't take.

  • I'm having the exact same problem here.. I can't login to my account after trying to make a deposit. I tried to login, but i'm constantly being redirected to login page.

  • Bing ads require a certain web browser to works properly. I can't even load the page when using opera
