What's the most clients you've managed at once?

Currently at 16. Doing about 80% of the work.

I could probably get to 20 clients before I have to hire help.

What's the most you've ever managed?

What is your point of diminished returns?

Curious to hear some numbers.

    The number of clients depends on what they need doing and their deadlines. I have had around 12 clients at once. But I have regulars and ad hoc clients.

    Few hundred per month, about half of them are one time clients that buy a single package of links so can't really classify that as managing clients.

    For the rest it's pretty stream lined as I run a budget service and that doesn't leave room for tailored seo for every single client. Often not needed either as SEO still mostly evolves around strong back links and those work for everyone.
