Massive adsense problem

Hopefully this is the right place.

So I went to setup an adsense account with my newer commonly used gmail account. They came back saying that I had an old account with one of my other gmails so that I had to approve my new email as a second user. The problem is that email is super old and I have no idea what the password is, and the deeper problem is that my recovery email is a DELETED account and there is no way to recover any information as I haven't logged into either in so long. I basically: created inception of the Nth degree and I see no way to close out those accounts. Also google has zero contact us or live support. In essence I have no idea what to do in order to get an adsense account .:confused::confused:

All you can do is phone them up and explain all that, they may give you a new account and delete the old one.

  except you can't phone them. They don't have live support.

Exactly... it isn't possible. I can't get ANYONE from google on the phone so I am pretty desperate. I guess I could just make a brand new gmail and sign up obviously?
