Need Help Coming Up With A Good Organic Solid SEO Plan For Retail Site

I own an online auction house that we just launched the website. I will be using paid ads on Google, Twitter, Facebook & some forums.
Im looking to come up with a plan of action to draw people to our site to either bid on items or to consign there items with us. Looking for someone help on what direction i should go in and best way to tackle this job. We will be running auctions one a month with about 250-300 different items at each auction.
