So I was checking through my WMT and seen this spike in queries. Does this correlate with the new update?

The site is a forum with thousands of pages and has always been pretty flat with search until this spike.

Oliver,

Have you looked at your analytics data to see if anything out of the ordinary is happening? Have you done anything to the site recently? Maybe you were mentioned in a blog or on a social media account somewhere. Its hard to say if any algorithm update was the cause of the increased traffic. Did you see any increase in organic referrals in your tracking software?
