I am really confused about the SEO strategy I should use for my new site!

I am going to launch my new site but I am bit worried because of Penguin 2.0!
What type of link building strategy I should start with? Tiered link building or network of high PR sites?

All I want to do manually so please suggest me the effective ideas..

    Stop link building, do link bait. Make people to link back to your content. The content may be an application download, image, video, application or any thing else.

    If you are doing link building then consider doing natural and slwo link building, build links of other pages of your site too.

      natural slow link building means regular steady work right? I can start with manual article submissions and blog posts right?

    Don't afraid that penguin 2.0 simple submission not over optimization, make sure related category is the best option define you category and after focus Off-page strategy.

    One has to worry only If U are creating low quality links.. Make sure U don't create too many links in a short period of time.. Dnt use duplicate content for backlinking.. And try avoiding spun content.. & if U want to use spun content make sure the uniqueness is 80% and above.. But, If U are using 100% unique content then none of the Google Updates will ever touch ur site..
