Penguin 2.0 hit hard for other Keyword but not my main keyword?

Hi guys first of all i was 1st place for a keyword with 4,000 exact match now im 7th for my second keyword i was also 1st now im on 90th position. I expect any one can drop with main keyword on penguin updates Google likes to put wiklipidia pages 1st and .gov so dropping to 7th can be expected but for my 2nd keyword to drop to 90th that looks like a big hit. I done seo the right way side bar links articles gues posts pr news naked url 27% and main keyword 23% althow i think lower would of been safer.
Im trying to find out what casued my second keyword to get hit, i guesd it might of been rich snippets from a side bar link indexed on 3000 pages, ? i have changed it today so the new anchor text for that side bar is just the domain name naked URL. Any advice from any real experts guys i did try to do every thing by the book and i was dominating my nich over the past 3 months and i did make big cash thanks.

    No doubt Google is getting smart with their every new Update. Penguin 2.0 is specially for those who are doing lot spam. when a website being abused by the google, webmaster should pay more attention during the link building. Every link should be related and from trusted source.
    Well In the case of the Google punishment let me clear the air. The only one parameter What the search engines use to follow is all about the User experience.
