Venturing Into Youtube PPC - Some Questions Though

Hey warriors,
I have finally decided to jump in and start doing some ppc for youtube videos. I have a few questions though for people that are already successful with it. They might sound like noob questions, so just bare with me
Does google have a problem with videos that link directly to a squeeze page? For example, i create a video on (insert topic here) and then in the video i link to a squeeze page with a report with more information in it. Is this ok? (Obviously this way would have a profit funnel)
Secondly, would it be better to direct the above video to one of my sales pages that have a better related product on it, and is this ok?
Thirdly, if you set the maximum cpc to 0.01 is this the actual maximum that you will pay?
Any help would me muchly appreciated,
