Google Places - Multiple Locations, Only One Showing

Just shooting out a question to the brilliant SEOs here:

Working with a company that has 3 locations. All locations are listed in Google places with a G+ page as well, and separate location pages on the website, but when you search the brand's name, only the original location shows up on the right side of the SERP (the full listing, not a map).
Just wondering how to get the others to show up, even just in the map form that you normally see when you search a local keyword.

Any thoughts? I've done everything I could possibly think of so far, and no change.

I am assuming that this is the case, but do all three (3) locations have unique phone numbers?
