Why quality content matters

Hey folks,

I just wanted to tell you why quality content matters. A lot of people make mini niche sites (like I do), but they have different approach.... Content is either boring & short or even more worse = it's outsourced from writers who have no knowledge in this specific field/topic whatsoever.

They make backlinks using blog comments, social bookmarks, web2.0s and all other similar crap.

Look, this is not a long-term process of making money online. Believe me, I have been there done that. I used to make best-sandwich-maker.info type of sites until I got tanked.

Furthermore, I had to create backlinks using spammy techniques since noone would link to my site naturally. Even when I sent out e-mails to webmasters, they all laughed at me. I think I got 1 link out of 1000 emails...

Time went past and I realized that in order to succeed I need to make killer sites with hot/juicy/comprehensive information that people find interesting & useful.

FYI, You don't need 1000 of indexed pages, you don't need aged PR5 domain. You just need quality content and proper outreaching.Your content must provide some value.

I know some of you will say "Yeah right, backlinks = all" which is quite true in terms of ranking sites on Google, but... How the (¤/!&# you get quality links when you don't have quality content? You either spend money and create your own network of sites which could go easily busto if things have been done lazily or you go after entirely blackhat/low quality links.

Right now I have several "niche" sites that all have unique design, they are branded to the max and I have built my own audience through building quality content. Heck, I got famous followers in the same niche who have 50k+ followers + they tweet every single post I make. In fact, I'm getting 1000+ visitors just through twitter after every post I make. Of course, I need to do some outreaching, but that works out extremely well.

In fact, I have started to pick up natural links for the first time (without contacting anyone). FYI, you can bash authority sites with 100k indexed pages with just a well-planned strategy, good content and proper outreach. And lastly, you need to take action and work your ass off.

I hope that post encouraged you to get back on the right track.

Content should be about turning buyers into visitors. If you are getting high conversions then your content is very good. It's as simple as that.

None of my "product name review" sites have tanked except for one which I used some crappy Fiverr gig on. I don't build those types of sites anymore because authority is the way to go.

    Very true, online only.

One thing you pointed out -- that many people forget -- is that your content is judged AS MUCH by your design and branding as by the words you use.

I always invest a ton of $$$ in my site's design and branding because the ROI is insane. When you start doing email outreach a branded site performs heads and shoulders above a free Wordpress Theme...even if the content is exactly the same.

I'm one of those ( ) , however sending strong links on shitty website with afwful content is a super stupid move.

In the last 6-7 months we completly changed the strategy on our personal web sites

    - nice premium themes different on each domain (30-50$)
    - a good looking logo (30-50$)
    - social presence (free)
    - high quality well resarched content (3$x100 words) (10$x100words on direct sales oriented sites)
    - media marketing (usually 2d animation videos or testimonials - anywhere from 5$(fiverr testimonials) to 400$ per video)
    - cool niche infographics (50-90$)
    - google authorship (free)

ROI increased by 40-60% and then of course those are the first steps to gain some natural links later. We're getting back this additional investment in less than a week.

    That's so true!

When I first started to do IM, my only and one intention is to make money. Therefore,
    - When I make niche sites for Adsense, I choose MFA themes
    - When I make niche sites for Amazone, I choose MFAzon themes
    - And so far and so forth ...

After I realize that free or paid themes are not important, the important things are Unique, Attractive, and Brandable Designs including layouts, graphics, and logo as well as content.

Email outreach of the shitty Made For Ad sites are always lose and win up with shitty links.

And, now I spend time learning to basic html/css codes & Adobe PS, I could customize Wordpress Themes for an attractive, unique, brandable look by myself.
That's a ton of saving. But, content I still need to outsource but not the cheapy one.

I just wanna tell you that most of the links in the signature are trash and/or a trap to make you pay!
