I think in general the idea is to make videos that will get a lot of views but you also have to be careful to make them appeal to a niche. If you have a video that is too broad in appeal, it may be difficult to place relevant advertising on it.

Don't post videos you have no right for or otherwise you will provide proof
and if you can't do that your will have negative rating which can lead to your ban.

post videos that both will get alot of views and target higher paying ads . build a good following and lots of subscribers

You can sell anything on YT. CPA offers, affiliate products, build a list, promote your service anything. The sky is the limit.

create geniune videos and post them to youtube.. the only rule not copying..

I am currently making money off youtube just using adsense. I have 2 channels both targeting different niches. one of them is high paying but hard to rank for and a bit flooded. the other one is easy to rank and not much competition. they both make the same amount of money even though one is getting 5x the views.

I would say make the best quality videos that you can because you want people to want to see more.
also ask people to like your video and ask them to subscribe to your channel. this will help you to get more views and a higher ranking on the youtube search.

also post links on forums and embed the video on websites that will also help you get more views

Focus on one niche , and try to make very unique videos , don't copy others people ideas, create your owns .

I don't think you can earn with Youtube... It was a good idea to work with both Adsense and Youtube, but after so many people got banned, I don't think they will let you make money...
