managed placements campaign help

I'm wondering if someone familiar with google placements can help out with this one!

I cannot find an answer to this question anywhere...

If I have one URL & one keyword in an adgroup, I understand that my ad will only be seen when both of these 'intersect'...

However what happens if I have one URL and 3 keywords in one ad group? Do ALL of these 4 elements need to intersect before my ad shows?

If anyone could help out I'd greatly appreciate it

In the second case, your url (that one) will be appeared for all the provided 3 keywords.
Suppose you consider that your as xyz and three keywords as xy,yz &xz... That link for will appear for xy, yz and for xz. Hope i made it clear.
