How classify your backlinks?

Anybody to tell me how classify backlinks. I gathered thousands of backlinks. But I don't know how to classify backlinks types. Any kind of software can process those backlinks?

    You can classify backlinks through the sources of backlinks. But a question to ask, do you gathered a list of sites to build backlinks or you have already got backlinks from that sites of the list?

      I just gathered some webiste which can be build backlinks. Those have web 2.0,Blog,Forums. How can I classify them? Those are mass and it's impossible to use hands. Dose have best way?
