How to know Whether DISAVOW file is OK

How can we know whether disavow file was proper uploaded?
Does google send a message in our email ? Or leaves a message on WMT ?
OR do they leave any kind of message on our disavow links page ( where we made the upload ) showing that we DID things wright?
The first two times I sent the file, I havent encoded it as UTF-8, HOWEVER, I saw a message on disavow page telling the date I submitted the file and its name.
SO how can we be sure everything is correct ?
