Had a huge decrease in traffic at one of my sites because it was offline for too long?

I had 300+ visitors in one of my sites, the visitors were stable for a long time, then one day my server ****ed up everything, the site got offline for two weeks, now it was re stabilized 3 days ago, everything is working fine, I even have 13000+ indexed pages, but traffic decreased drastically, I'm getting 20 visitors a day, but just a few ones are coming from Google.

Was it penalized or will it stabilize the visitors traffic in, err, 1 week?

Just got back from a #BrightonSEO. I was given room 404 in the hotel I stayed at. Couldn’t find it anywhere!

Give it week or so....but it could also mean you got Penguin'd.

Sounds like your site might have got Penguniated during the last Google strafing run. Could have hit while your site was down. On the other hand it could be dropped. Or maybe you should just wait. Had a friend that this happened to. Its been 18 months and his sites still not got back to before.

Here is some archive footage of Big G taking out some sites.

Im still going with the Penguinator killing your site. Those figures you posted kinda say it all.

      13000 Indexed pages
      300 UV

      Scraped autoblog?
      Pop-Up Amazon Store?

Something like that would explain the slap. Just Penguin taking out the thrash.

It took me 2 years of building natural backlinkings, 30+ original articles, as long with a classifieds area to reach 13k indexed pages, also, my site is present in Google +, Twitter, Linked in, and Facebook. I'll go for the guy who said Google tried to index the thing when it was offline, and it was a hell of 2 weeks offline. lol

        EDITED:

        Scraped autoblog? Never used that.
Pop-up amazon what? I not even know what's that

Do as you wish. I sincerely hope it all works out well for you. But I'm on the outside looking in. And the info you first presented reads garbage site. And now you have posted some real details that people can look at and think about.

My conclusion is still Garbage site.

It seems Google was trying to index your site when it was offline and it might remove the site from its listing, and hope it may back soon..... (hint : Share your home page and some other URLs on a Google plus account, so Google may understand that you are back )
