how to load adsense unit faster or before content

Hi, Everyone

I used mod_pagespeed to speed up my webpages and I found after installing mod_pagespeed adsense units were the to load and that increased my CTR and earnings. But unfortunately I had to remove pagespeed as it increased server load multiple timess.

So, I want to if there is any other way to re-write or speed up adsense unit to load before content

I think you are a tad bit off.

mod_speed should lessen server load.

Adsense is an external script and should have no
bearing on settings.

But this is 2013. Even the slowest servers are fast.

Might be your browser.

If mod_speed somehow alters the adsense code, at first glance
that should be a breaking of adsense TOS. But on second
thought, you are not doing it. Google is.

I have seen javascript outcomes get cached. Perhaps that's
why they appear faster.
