Will removing my WooCommerce site /shop and /category name from my url improve my SEO

Hi guys,
I have explored various plugins to remove /shop and /product-category from my website url but so far its not working.
This is how i want it for shop based items:
http://www.buybuy.sg/ac-lite-16/]AC Lite 16 | BuyBuy.sg
Instead of:
http://www.buybuy.sg/shop/ac-lite-16/]AC Lite 16 | BuyBuy.sg
This is how i want it for my product catgories:
http://www.buybuy.sg/deuter/
Instead of:
http://www.buybuy.sg/product-category/deuter/]Deuter | BuyBuy.sg
I already have a default SEO plugin installed with my theme, so far my website is doing well in http://www.google.com.sg]Google
So my question is , if i change SEO plugin will it affect my current SEO rankings, will it be back to square one or do i just have to re insert all the same Titles, description i used in my previous SEO plugin?
2nd question, will removing /shop and /product-category to make my url shorter and cleaner affect my SEO ranking and will it be better?
