Mate if your content is 100% original then there is no need to get it confirmed first. All you need is to just put it in your content in the website and submit it to Google Webmaster Tools.

So Google would have a record of it. That makes sense. But what if you submitted it all over the place, long before you ever intended to create a content site?

Wouldn't it be just as easy to outrank it, or is Google's only way of reducing their margin of error that it actually belongs to you, to record who indexes it first?
