How to achieve top 10 ranking quickly ?

Hello,

I am doing SEO optimization for this website: tinyurl.com/mzttpt8 since last 6 months. Most of the keywords of this website were in top 10 ranking. But just after the penguin 2.0 update the ranking were dropped. Most of the keywords were moved to 2nd 3rd page of SERP. Can anyone please suggest me how can I regain the previous rankings quickly? My client started complaining. I will loose his trust if failed to achieve the desired target.

    You don't control the rankings. All you can do is your best.

    Hopefully you didn't make any guarantee about such results since they are not controlled by you.

    There is nothing called, SEO optimization, SEO itself stands for Search Engine Optimization. Better to correct it.

    To get your ranks back, first of all, analysis on what you had done earlier and if you followed any black-hat SEO methods, remove such links or methods that you followed. Importantly, you would use the target anchor text very often - so, now build links with varied anchor text, try to get natural links......

    Adopt different strategies and do NOT repeat the same link building methods you used before the penguin 2.0 update. You surely have collected some bad backlinks otherwise there isn't a reason for keywords dropping from Top 10 to page 3.

    Focus on quality rather than quantity while you try to regain the rankings.

    If you want fast quick rankings then you'll need very high quality backlinks, not your usual crap, thats spouted on here.

    You need same niche high pr contextual links, which will soon shoot your serp rankings up!

    SEO is all about risk management. The harder/more aggresive you go - the higher the risk.

    But if you want top 10 rankings quickly (emphasis on quick, not stability) then just pummel it with links from blog networks.

    Will put you on the front page for a couple months at least.

      Especially when it is possible in many cases to get great results quickly.

    If domain is aged then buy links from other sites or buy high PR sites, create your own private network and put link back to your site, just make sure you know how to set it all up.

      Of course he knows how to set it up. :p

      Hes selling himself as an SEO provider, whilst he muddles his way through trying to learn it. Using duped clients money to buy software to spam article directories with keyword stuff junk.
      Then he comes to a public forum and discloses to the entire world his clients Website and contact details in a desperate attempt to wiggle his way out of the mess hes made of someones website. Which very well could be their livelihood or life's dream.
      The only thing I could offer to this poster. Is to notify this distraught client of his, that they have been conned out of their money. And probably had their ambition of online success stood on as a thank you present.
