Adwords Video...? 12 cents per click?

Yet the total visits to my website according to analytics was a total of 51. The bounce rate which usually hovers in the 35% range was well above 80%.
I have also gotten ZERO signup conversions when I am usually 15-20%. Why is this? Could anyone give me a guess at an explanation ?

    Now you should try other keyword/product and if you get profit then you can go with that.. PPC is all about testing..if you get success with any product keyword then do it at larger level.

    Have your niche got outdated? Or those are the returning visitors coming to your site again and again?? Can you check this?

      returning visitors only account for 20% of the traffic at the moment

    High bounce rate is usually and issue of relevancy from keyword to landing page.

    If a person is looking for "dog sleds" dont send them to a "dog house" landing page.

    No sign up's simply means your landing page sucks. Sorry to be rude but thats the truth. I recommend you change it up a bit to make sure that your content is relevant to your keywords.
