Ok I have recently went though a few of my blogs post and edited the keywords for the niche I have decided to target. Which I need to do to get some of the pages relisted after changing the permalinks.

Now most of my keywords are for exact matches and when i added the keywords to about 8-9 previous post as well as the new post. I used the exact keyword match.

Is it better if i take the quotes away for the exact match and use the long tail keywords with out the quotes. Would doing that target more long tail key words. I also almost always use one key word I am targeting as the first part of my titles.

Any suggestions
