What Happened To Google Adwords??? Ebook Wanted

Hello Everyone, I have been so busy that I have been out of the internet marketing game for a while and I know that google has made some changes to their adwords, I am looking for decent google adwords e-book. The ones I have are partly outdated but it seems like there is not that much out there? Is adwords not what it used to be? If anyone could reccomend a good ebook on adwords I would appreciate it, thanks.....John

    Are you looking for a step by step guide which tells you how to open an account and create a campaign?
    OR are you looking for some ebook which teaches you advanced stuff like on which keywords you should bid..etc

    If you just want to get up to speed go through the entire help file. Watch all the videos and really pay attention. That is the best way to learn adwords. Then if your looking for more exact tactics get books and courses. Many courses just repeat what is already in the help files.

      I second that motion. The Google Adwords Learning Center is very good:

      google.com/adwords/learningcenter

      There's a print book that is excellent: Adwords for Dummies by Howie Jacobson. Amazon has it for under $16. Published in September 2007 it is still very relevant, particularly at understanding the fundamentals. Can't beat it for the money.

        Almost all the content by Howie Jacobson is good. You also want to check out Perry Marshall's book on Amazon, it is way better than most $77 ebooks from ClickBank.

    Google AdWords is actually easy to learn and understand. Google offers extensive help facilities, it's own official forum and even live chat from Google officials.

    Thanks for the responses, I'm sorry I did not explain enough. I have used adwords in the past and I am familiar with it. I am looking for something like Brian said which is something with advanced strategies. I was looking into Commision Blueprint??? If you guys know of any good ebooks or courses for intermediate to advanced tactics that would be greatly appreciated....Thanks again

    Affilorama is mainly on affiliate marketing, Commission Blueprint is more focused on affiliate marketing, specifically with ppc.

      Yes! Since you started this thread asking about adwords & most people usually start with affiliate marketing, so I recommend commission blueprint.

      I've not watched the videos, however, the pdf reports were good enough. After reading it, you can implement in a single day, maybe in less time if you're fast.
