Anyone Hire PPC manager?

Has anyone hired a good ppc manager on either elance or odesk? I am thinking of hiring one. Any good or bad thing you experienced? Thanks.

    I can’t speak for anyone on those networks and how reputable they might be but I have managed campaigns for businesses and the best thing you can do is ask for references. Ask for three references and ask the candidate what they were able to do for those businesses/individuals. Then actually contact those people and see if its true and what their experience was like. As a professional, any person offering this service who has some work under their belt should be fine with providing you with this information. If they aren’t, I would move on.

    • Thanks for the reply. I am a meticulous person, so I do try to learn PPC first before I decided to hire someone. I do not have much time to manage PPC when I start the campaign and analyzing them should not be neglected, so I hope to find someone who are qualifying. There is a person someone referred to me and she seems knowledgeable, but she has trouble keeping up with deadlines.

  • It takes time to get a good one from something so flooded with new talent as odesk.

    I'd try looking at the dowers not the seekers and bring to them a pay or offer that there can not refuse.

    WHen you need a manager they will come to you for the most part.
