Have you tried to create a new code a put on the fronpage, maybe there is something wrong with the one you have now ?

I see your point, i have never had that problem my self. But i can just tell you that i am able to see your ad on the frontpage. try setting it up on a unique channel and track the numbers to see if you get pageviews or clicks, maybe it is just for you it is blocked.
