Hello
Is there an online tool or offline software that can create the perfect anchor text ratio for post Penguin 2.0 SEO?

Also, what are the ratios that you guys recommend?

      Totally this.

Seriously Oilman, spend your valuable time creating a real business. Althought anchor text optimization can get you a penalty just mix it up with generic terms like "Click here", "Read this", "More info" etc.

It's not an exact science so don't lose sleep over it.

LMAO, sometimes we think things are common sense but to a noob they are legit questions. I saw an interesting video a couple weeks back on my G+, where this SEO guy was asking his mom questions about what she thought SEO was, and how it worked. It was really funny and actually interesting to watch how she is completely clueless, starting with butchering what she thought SEO stood for.

Are you referring to anchor text ratio for your offpage links? While it can be important but you dont need an exact %. In general though try to avoid going over 15% ratio for your main keyword for the page you are ranking. Often your brand name or URL will have the highest percentage and/or other LSI keywords.

This question IS a little left field but I kind of understand what they are asking. I am guessing OP was the person buying 10's of thousands of blog comment backlinks with the same anchor, and now understands that doesn't work anymore, and is confused as to how to rank a site higher for a certain keyword, without going over board. Here is a general rule of thumb (that we use)

When doing link building, give yourself room for 6 keywords.

1st Keyword, is your main keyword you want to rank for. (cheap pizza)
2nd Keyword, make this a support keyword. (get cheap pizza)
3rd Keyword, another support keyword. (buy cheap pizza)
4th Keyword, long-tail-ish related keyword. (where to get cheap pizza)
5th Keyword, call to action keyword. (click here)
6th Keyword, make this your URL (www.goodpizza.com)

This is not anything to quote or go crazy over, this is just one of OUR techniques that has been working for us. The bottom line is don't just do the same anchor text over and over.

Not sure why there are so many blowhards on this forum

I was talking about the link ratio of inbound links. Someone recently told me 60/20/15 Naked/General/URL - LSI - Exact .. I was just wondering if there was a website out there where you could type in a keyword and it could create a list that is fitting to that ratio

    Thank you nationsubmit and PromotionsLLC.

You're welcome, I would do it by hand, using generators for keywords might put two words together that sound lame, besides, the more you use generators and robots to do your SEO work, the more computer generated it will look. Especially when choosing the keywords while trying to be penguin safe, I would most definitely just take 5 or ten minutes and make the variations yourself.

I guess I'm the blowhard, ha, ha.

If your tracking your incoming search phrases from the major search engines (and you should be) then you already have an endless supply of relevant anchor-text keywords.

There's no magic ratio for anything when it comes to SEO, anyone preaching that crap is either a tard or spamming a related affiliate link.
