Is getting dofollow links from different high pr website will increase my blog PR

Can anyone please give me the answer of my some questions. As all we know that getting dofollow links from high PR website or blog can increase your site's PR.
Q.1: Do i need to get dofollow links from different high PR website for my GlobalCraze URL or from a single high PR website for my per post URL's???
Q.2: If i need to get dofollow links from different high pr website's then how many high pr website i use to get dofollow links???

    You need to get Authority links from Authority pages, not websites.
    You can link to your homepage.
    You can link to your internal pages, and from those internal pages link to your homepage.
    You should be trying to get as many authority links from as many different authority pages as possible.

      You are wasting your time. He is probably full-time blog commenter. That's his strategy for making "HIGH PR DOFOLLOW" links (which are nofollow actually)

    well,it still works,There are rumors that it does not work but it does but you must link to your internal pages as well,not all to home page.Best of luck
