How to introduce Popup ads through Adsense?

Many websites implement a popup advertisement for visitors, once per session, per 24 hours.

People hate it, complain a lot, because many are on mobile phones and it is hard to close out of. But as per some research, popups give the best $.

Thoughts?

    1) Create a JS which automatically opens a new window (the size of the ad) on load event of main page.
    2) Include the Ad code on the page which is being opened above, using JS.
    3) Use cookies to ensure it is only delivered once to a user, for every 24 hour period.

    BUT:
    1) Adsense is pretty good at finding such sites and BANNING them.
    2) The auto open popups will be blocked by pretty much every good browser.
