What is The Best CTR in Adwords?

I have a couple of campaigns running in adwords and I'm getting a CTR of 1.64% for one campaign and 1.24% for another one. So how much is the best CTR you have achieved?

CTR is based on your keyword competition and searches, so its not easy to say which % is good CTR. because CTR is depends on some factors on behalf of that a keyword gets its CTR.

I know that CTR depends on many factors, my question is what is the highest number achieved by others...

CTR by itself is not that important. Conversion rate and ROI are more important. (I assume you're tracking conversions.)

But aiming for the highest conversion rate by itself isn't ideal, either. Aiming for a combination of both higher CTR and higher conversion rate, as measured by a "Profit by Impression" metric, is much better to aim for.
