Facebook PPC - Testing multiple ads in same campaign = INSANELY high CPM??

Hey Warriors,

Ok so...

Over the past couple weeks I've been trying this strategy of using FB PPC to get fan likes to my page. It's in the "funny pictures" niche. My page: www.facebook.com/FishyFunnyFish

I'll tell you exactly step by step what I did and tell me where I went wrong please.

1. I bought 1000 Fb likes to make my page look legit at the beginning
2. I posted a bunch of funny pictures on my page's wall so that before I started my PPC campaign, there's stuff for people to like
3. I initially started with one ad ONLY (getting my feet wet) and a daily budget of $10 per day
4. That ad was AMAZING for me. Got a CTR around 1%, Avg CPM of $0.32, 3864 Likes, Cost Per Like was $0.04 and spent $159.88 over the course of 15 days.
5. At around the 7 day mark, I realized I wanted to start testing different images to see if I can optimize my CTR.
6. Try to test around 5 different images with the EXACT same title, same ad text and optimized CPM (just like my original)...only changed the image
7. All the ads other than my original were approved, however, NONE of them got a SINGLE impression!
8. Then I tried doing it so each campaign had only 1 ad, and that was disastrous too because the CPM of the test ads were betwen 5-8 bucks! So i spent my daily budget within like 15 mins!!!
9. I even tried linking my ads to a static HTML tab on my fb page that promotes a CPA offer (https://www.facebook.com/FishyFunnyF...53284594738391) but the CPM went up by a lotttt!
10. For now, I bought another 4,000 page likes from Fiverr (but they're obviously fake and are temporary cuz Fb gets rid of them eventually)

I wanted to build up my fan pages are start promoting different CPA offers on there once they hit

My original ad kept going though but I was quickly realizing that it was burning out so I paused all the ads/campaigns after 15 days...cuz my test ads' CPMs were not lowering.

Why is it so hard to test different ad images in Facebook without having the CPMs skyrocket like crazy?

Please help, I've been trying to figure this out for an ENTIRE MONTH!

Hi brother, only just seen your post.

As luck has it I've just taken some killer Facebook PPC training and I'm the face of one of the biggest product launches of the year.

If you're still interested in dominating Facebook PPC you can't do much better than this. I've been getting clicks for as low as $0.02! and making sales, it's exciting stuff.

    Try this.

Every variation you have, instead of saving it in the same campaign, create a brand new campaign.

So instead of having 10 ads in 1 campaign, have 1 ad in 1 campaign x10.

    Reduce your budgets accordingly.

You mean 5,000 fake FB likes did nothing?
      Man that is news.

After taking my forehead off the wall....
I can't help but notice you are breaking FB tos.
You cannot give an incentive or hold a contest
      with FB likes.

"You must not use Facebook features or functionality as a promotion's registration or entry mechanism. For example, the act of liking a Page or checking in to a Place cannot automatically register or enter a promotion participant."

You start out with fake FB, end it with fake FB, and break the TOS.

      Hmmmmmmmmmmm.
