    based from the changes you've made, you're confusing panda with penguin.

    What about your anchor text? You need heaps of anchor text diversity these days. Best to make 2/3rds of your anchor text things like the URL or variations, things like "click here" "go here" etc. and make the other third the actual keywords you want to target. Sometimes only 1 or 2 anchor texts that are your keyword are enough as the latest updates value diversity.

        I am also punished by Penguin.

        The two targeted keywords are 3% and 4%. All other keywords generic, none more than 7%.

        I'm wondering if I'm still in penalty vs. just having my links devalued.

    How can of any of you be sure which animal mauled you? It could be anything that causes a rankings loss. Server downtime, robots.txt mistake, natural link loss, etc.

    As you told, your site was hit by PANDA.

    Why are you disavowing links, creating links, guest posting etc?

    Panda = ON-SITE issue

    In short, Google thought that your site is crappy and moved your rankings where you belong.

    What I would do in this kind of situation:

    1) Get rid of the site (if it's total carbage) and build a new, useful, meaningful site that actually provides value.

    ..or if you think it's worth saving then.

    A) Review all the content
    B) Decide if the content is valuable topic or just "filler"
    C) If it's filler - delete it. If it's not - rewrite it

    Don't just pump out content to gain pages indexed. That's exactly what Panda was designed to go after. You need to write original, relevant, and engaging content. Killer content = high engagement, social shares, natural linkbuilding, etc.

      but this are basic link building activities i have done in past months. there is no on site issues on my sites if i compare with the other sites coming up in ranking they have lot of on page issues.
