How to get maximum Link Juice in recent time

I have recently joined warrior forum . I hope this will be a helpful post .
Recent times we have noticed that Ping and RSS feeds are not working that good as before so to get maximum link juice we use social bookmarks and wikilinks . Here is the procedure we do to get maximum link juice :-
1. Bookmark each link on 5 authority social bookmarking website .
2. Create tier 2 wikilinks where every wikilink will have 2 backlinks in it , 1 is pointing to main website and 1 will point to tier 1 links .
I am getting some good results with this method .
