backlinks from different IP address

Hi
I read before something about backlinks from different IP address.

Thing is Im trying to make some backlinks myself so is it important to change my Ip when I create backilnks or I didnt uderstand it right?

    No, your ip where you are doesn't matter when you create back links.

    What this means is, if your site you want to link to and move up in the search engines is on ip 001.01.01.001, then you want to create links to it from sites that don't have the ip of 001.01.01.001 which would probably be every other site on the web. Also, you don't want 50 links to your site from the same site (all 50 links would have the same ip since it is the same site). You want one or two or three links from one site, one or two or three from a different site (different ip), etc. That means you have back links from different ip addresses.

    I would suggest you that don't do your submission on familiar or same ip hosting sites. Try to get backlinks from unique IP website. because if you are getting 100 links from a particular site or domain, it impact negative effect on your site. So get backlinks from unique sites as much as possible.
    And you have no need to change your IP address but as an additional benefit you can use proxy server IP address.

    I do have hidemyass,if You mean its good to change my own ip when making backlinks.
