Fast Google Rankings?

Hi warriors.
I have had success this week ranking a youtube video on the first page of Google (Pos 5) for a highly competitive keyword.
I uploaded it one day, the next day there it was! I used the usual on page SEO, and I also bought some backlinks.
It got me wondering what other web properties can we rank this fast? (Less than a day)
It would be awesome if we could completely dominate all the slots on page one.

Do you know of any other sites that you can rank in Google that fast? We could create our very own top ten - please provide a short description how you go about it too.
I will start -

Youtube -
Keyword rich title, 250 word unique description, 5% keyword density, keyword rich tag (one only)
I also bought backlinks, available from fiverr

(funnily enough, my video was nowhere to be seen in the youtube search!)

  • Any sorts of pages from authority domains have an advantage in the ranking. Here are some that I saw that ranked before. I don't know how well they might fare in ultra competitive keywords, though.

  • Youtube is an authority sites and ranking YT videos on Google is a bit easier, the same applies to Blogger blogs, you can rank them a lot faster than any other websites.

  • I'd be interested to know if it is still ranking in a week. Especially if you bought links, Google might have temporarily bumped it up because of the speed at which links were being created to it.

  • Great, but I see recently if youtube video has lot of views then it ranks in the first. I haven't done any seo but one of my video ranks well and the keyword is not having enough searches

    • The keyword in question was a new one, a product launch, when you add the backlinks, Google sees it as a viral keyword as many people start to search the same keyword
    • I think views and comment can help, but the keyword and SEO are the main attributes I see.
