Duplicate Content Issue need advice

Hi all I have juts created a new site jillianbodyrevolutionreview.org
I have my main post displayed fully on the homepage.

I have concern that my main post might be a duplicate content since the content once displayed on homepage and once displayed in the URl of the post here jillianbodyrevolutionreview.org/2013/07/19/jillian-micheals-body-revolution-review/

I know I can display a part of the post, and put other posts with it on the home page, but I want my main post to be displayed fully on my home page.

Any advices to do so without, getting my site into trouble

    if you want to put your main post on home page. you can keep it here but you can change your content on other page. you can create a relevant content ln your words like home page.that will be not consider as duplicate content.it will help in optimization of your website as fresh content.
