I have read a lot about using a 301 redirect to a penalised domain and I understand that this will only last a few weeks until the penalty passes over. But for a site that was earning a lot of money I think it is still worth it. My question is can you keep repeating this process every time google slaps the redirected domain, and just keep earning a profit and then redirecting or will this not work after a while ?

Also if the 301 redirect gets hit I assume you are always redirecting from the original redirect for example
if site A was penalised then you redirected to site B which was then penalised do you create a redirect from site A again or now redirect site B to the new site ?
Thanks
