Google Webmaster Tool & Content Keyword Question

For one of my sites, for content keyword results, Webmaster tool is mostly referencing my search files, so I think it is throwing things off.

I used to have better listings and more traffic, so I am thinking that if the posts are not referenced as much, this could be a problem.

Has anyone had this experience and how did you rectify it?

Thanks.
Jeannie

What do you see when you do a Google site:domain.com search, is there a lot of search pages from your own site?

IMO, WMT holds back on a lot of site data, Google is also slow at updating WMT data.

I don't use WP Search or WP Tag pages If I did I would edit my WP theme get_header files for those specific template files.

Here's an easier way If you don't want to mess with the wp/php code, I checked the source code of the plugin (http, base, 64) looks clean & has options to noindex a bunch of page types, just be careful which pages you noindex, especially If you have a static home page.

Here's a screenshot of the plugin options:

    • Thanks a lot for looking up a plugin. I am not that good at editing wp code.
