Hi,

I've been creating a new health niche website which I plan to post frequent quality content on.

I have a lot of articles with keywords i've researched and want to know,

How often should I post one?

There's no right and wrong answer. I'd say post as often as you can provide value and useful information. Don't just pump out articles to gain more indexed pages. Sooner or later you'll get tanked for this kind of strategy. Your overall site quality goes down etc..

My idea is to keep it long term, keep on providing articles every week etc.

I take it this will keep the site alive?

Well it definitely helps to get returning visitors if your content is somewhat useful/interesting.

For example, people will start checking your blog once a week to see if you have posted something new that interests them.

Yeah OO and Nik0 are getting more to the point, what are you trying to build here?
        A site or a blog?

A site only needs content to be done once, all at the same time if you wish.
        A blog, well you know....

You seem to be one of the misinformation victims,

Keeping your content updated or update your content= UP TO DATE.
But I'm sick to my balls of saying to so, do as you please.

          It's a blog.

I plan to post 3 times per week probably, just want to keep the site good in the ranks naturally. Not building shitty links and having the site tank etc.

A long term plan getting a decent amount of monthly visits and then probably some affiliate products or adsense depending on what I can see.

My main goal is getting some decent seo traffic and a good up and running blog. Then step 2 money.

Just letting you know that your content can tank your site as well, not only links. So before you post something, think about it.

It would be better to prepare yourself a long-term strategy or plan and stick with it. For example, add one fresh original article to your website everyday and do this for a long time because trends do play roles these days. Usually the more original contents on websites, the better and the more fresh materials are added to them, still the better. Try to write compelling copies that will make a big impression on the audience, win their praise and help win links. Such contents will gradually help gain finer positions on search engines too.

Ideally, it’s best to post a new content every day but that’s not possible. You should come up with a schedule as to when you’re posting new content so that your readers would have a better idea of when to check back your site. This way, you’ll be able to keep your audience and your sanity as well.

In case you run out of content, seek help from professional writers and when you post, make sure that they’re all relevant or else you’ll lose more and more readers every day. Keep the new posts coming!

    Good luck.
