View the Google Cache (text version) & see where the keyword has more emphasis (ex: <h1> tag, etc...).

Make your on page edits & double check your live web page HTML source code <title> is what you want it to be. Nothing's guaranteed with Google but it's usually not difficult to figure out what text Google is focused on (on the web page).

According to Google's Matt Cutt, if your title and description does not match the search query, they'll substitute them with excerpt from your content that match the query. Which query did you use? Is the query in your title and description?

        The specified title and description
should be unique for each page
        ---
the words in the title and description should
appear on the page as well for best chance of g00gl3 honoring your wishes
        ------
Don't use meta keywords, it's a spammer signal...

Very, very few people would have an Open Directory and/or Yahoo Directory listing, so that directive is redundant for most people.

Simple reason that Google doesn't show the title and meta description that has been specified is that Google has determined it can provide a more relevant version.
