Is my IP Banned from Google?

My youtube adsence account got banned recently, but I am able to navigate and search on Google but when I logg into some gmails accounts that I bought it says the accounts are disabled some of them I haven´t even logged and when I do google says that, now the thing is I want to make SEO with websites, will my website be Ignored/Removed if doing seo (not talking about backlinks) about logging into my website write content etc

      I bought multiple accounts for youtube seo for multiple channels since gmail only allows you a few from the same phone
