The FASTEST way I know to index any website...

OK, guys - let me first say that this technique isn't going to change your life dramatically. I wanted to post a solution that doesn't take long and doesn't follow some abstract SEO guide (post 100 Web 2.0s, send 1000s of blog comments to these Web 2.0s, add all these links to a giant RSS feed etc etc).

I've seen so different methods with getting sites indexed quickly. Some work, some are just ridiculous and some are paid methods (I can't believe people are making money out of this).

So here's what you do. It won't cost you a dime and it takes seconds to implement. Wait for it...

1) You log in to Twitter

AND

2) You tweet the site's URL

That's it. Seriously, there's no magic required. This is the fastest method I know that indexes sites in Google and Bing in less than 24 hours. This method also works with backlinks too (if you build a Hubpage pointing to your money site - you can tweet the URL for faster indexing).

This method works because Twitter is a PR10 domain. This is an absolute gold-mine for content so search engines crawl it non-stop. I guess you could use Facebook too (PR7).

The great thing about this technique is that you don't need any content on your site - I know this because I've tested it. As long as the site isn't FUBAR and bots can 'crawl' it - you're good to go.

There it is. Its not going to make you money but it might help you get a better night's sleep (and save you cash without paying for indexing services).

Cheerio,

Sanj.

Thanks for the heads up. I knew Google+ would work however I didn't add it to the OP because I don't use it.

Exactly this Kahuna - there are no tricks/woo woo/magic needed. The point of this thread is that you don't need paid services to index faster.

      Simple tweet will do it.

    Nice one sanj

I find creating links from high authority social sites is the quickest way, but to speed things up more then create a few links to the links that have yours on them.

Makes it that much more faster

I have never understood the fascination with finding the fastest way to be indexed - does not matter squat. The goal is to rank. Start building or getting links and the indexing takes care of itself. Getting indexed on page 27 for your search term is still nowhere.

Yes, you're right Mike. But I see so many people stressing over this little aspect of IM. Indexing won't rock your world but at least my method ensures nobody has to part with cash.

    I agree 100%.

Twitter has gotten my pages indexed in minutes.

(Though now, my pages seem to index within 2 minutes whenever I blog now adays).

    Also, don't stop at Twitter.

Why not use Facebook, Twitter, and a few Social Backlinking sites?

The more powerful places you post your URL, the fast Google will index it.

Make no mistake; Google is implementing social elements into SEO more and more; they want to be the primary source that people goto when searching for current events, social phenomenon, and other current events in "Real time". What's one of the BEST ways Google can track that stuff?

Twitter, Facebook, Social Sites, and everywhere else people hang out.

    Just my $.02
