How do I get this on any of my Google SERP listings?

I have seen this little dog run back and forth on a few SERP listings, and wondered how it is done.

Check out third listing (the one for Hostgator) in this search;

Can anyone tell me how this is done?

    That's Google Sitelinks.

    I have Google Sitelinks for my Index page & few internal pages, as far as I can tell it's mostly about links & anchor-text that match the search query.

    Search a domain name without the .com & you'll usually see Google Sitelinks for established sites.

    You searched for hosting services & one of Hostgators Google Sitelinks anchor-text is Web Hosting, I imagine that's what triggered the Google Sitelink. That Hostgator Web Hosting page/link/anchor-text probably has some authority.

    [Edit]
    Do a Google search for web hosting, the same exact Hostgator page (hxxp://www.hostgator.com/shared) that has Google Sitelink in OP/search is ranked on the first page of Google.
