You may possibly use high PR bookmarking sites to have your web pages indexed fast and little bit social sharing

You can use pinging tool to let search engine know about your post or content that you have written. Of Course you can do social bookmarking for the post to get quickly indexed. Digg, as i am using is very helpful.

You can directly submit your url to Google in the Google webmaster Tool. After that share you post on the high page rank sites it will improve the visibility of your page.

Actually using both above and works very, oe of my website is not launched yet but made some test (tweet and Fb share) and it rank on google page 2 on keywords giving 48m results

Submit your site on top social media bookmarking site like Pinterest, Stumbleupon, Digg. It's a good way to expose your site on the web. Build quality backlinks.
