My 1st Us$ 106 from adsense

I received today my first online income of US$ 106.

I started IM 14 months ago. Set up my site sometime in April 2012. Got adsense approval in October' 12 (As Google gives adsense approval to Indian sites which are at least 6 months old). By June' 13, my adsense income accumulated to US $ 106 & google released cheque in July' 13 which I received today.

Now I am earning US$ 15 a month.

Is it worth all the efforts?

  • How the hell should we know? Is it worth you efforts? Only you can decide.

    Why not put some effort into getting more than $15 a month and make it totally worth it? I mean what else could you do? Are jobs easy to get in india?
  • I am a retired person. I am looking into some more options to increase my online income.
  • It's really only yourself who can answer that question. If your sites a work of passion or a work of income. The funny thing is that sites that begin as a work of passion usually end up being the most successful in terms of income.

      The first site I ever built easily cleared the Adsense $100 payment threshold in it's first week of running Ads & that was basically a site still under construction (site looked like crap, lol). Back when I first started IM (didn't even know the word IM was back then) all I was doing was posting 2-3 new pages of content every single day & keeping a single same niche forum thread updated on the content I was posting, which a lot of my content was based on other forum members asking me to create the content.

      I literally had 2-3 thousand unique traffic per day lined up before I ever built that first site because I was steady posting my content on that same niche forum (I started on the forum, then built my own site). I still get traffic everyday from that first forum & other same niche forums that I've never even signed up for because most people interested in a niche (regular niche traffic) sign up for multiple forums, so some of that traffic builds links for me on their own.
  • Can you replicate what you are doing to make the $15 per month? if it's one site now, and you build 6 more you're up to getting a check every month, just keep building.
  • I am not sure about adsense potential. Want to do something else online besides adsense.
  • Spend some time in the war room and you will find some other opportunities to explore.

  • I remember my first $100.00 earning from adsense. It was a great day. After I think 12 or 13 months I had finally reached the payout threshold.

  • If you are in India, my advice would be do some research and target keywords in the US, UK, OZ, or other countries where people are spending a lot more.

    You will soon make that daily if you play your cards right
  • I m getting traffic from all over world. Maximum form US & India. UK traffic is also Ok.
  • Unfortunately, adsense just like IM is not for everybody.

    If you can't make your site go viral then you will keep earning merger income.

    Basically, making money off adsense begins with choosing the right niche,
    picking lucrative keywords, high CPC, quality content, adsense compliant site,
    lots/consistent targeted traffic and more.

  • Now, you can automate the process, and you would earn good money from Adsense, please make sure you are not breaking any rule otherwise all the efforts would go into vain.
